Heavy metal is a lot easier to play than people make it out to be. I had some friends awhile back who thought that Slipknot was the absolute paragon of musical proficiency. I once got roped into a discussion with one of these guys, trying to explain to them that, while I enjoy and respect a great deal of heavy metal, that there are, in fact, (hard as it may be to believe) OTHER FORMS OF MUSIC IN EXISTENCE, and many of them are actually quite good. I finally departed after spending a couple of fruitless hours attempting to convince him that B.B. King was a far better musician than Joey Whatever-the-fuck-his-name-is from Slipknot. The first fifteen minutes or so were a bit confused, because I did not realize he was under the impression that B.B. King was a trumpet player (his argument was that the guitar is harder to play than the trumpet because it "has more notes on it"). Anyway, what was I originally going to say about this song? Oh, yeah. It's called Rattlesnake, it was a SongFight entry, and it pretty much speaks for itself.
